At Guardian at the Gateway LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and clear, transparent policies to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. Below you will find our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies, designed to support fairness and accessibility.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule sessions as needed and will provide as much notice as possible.

  • For Clients: We request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. You can manage your appointments directly through the Practice Better platform.

    • Please note: Cancellations may result in a loss of that session. Rescheduling is preferred to preserve your session.

    • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may lead to the termination of our coaching agreement.

  • For Students: Please give us two hours' notice if you will not be able to attend class. You may message us at (206) 278-3395 or through our learning platform.

Fees and Payment

  • All fees and payments displayed or described are in USD.

  • Payment is required at the time of signing your agreement. For payment plans, installments are due on the same date each month as the initial payment. Your credit card will be securely stored through Stripe for payment plans.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe; credit card information is required for billing. Outstanding charges will be automatically processed, and a 3% transaction fee applies to online payments.

  • Should payment not be received within 3 days of the due date, your program will be suspended, and any remaining sessions will be forfeited.

  • You may pay off balances in full at any time without penalty.

Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon at the sole discretion of Angela Ward and Guardian at the Gateway LLC.

  • Clients and students are responsible for the full fee outlined in their agreement, and no refunds will be provided for missed sessions or canceled agreements.

Legal Considerations

Although Guardian at the Gateway LLC is not required to provide the three-day cancellation period for coaching or educational services under Washington State law, we choose to honor this policy in the spirit of good faith. You may cancel their agreement within three business days of signing their contract by providing written notice via email to hello@replies.guardianatthegateway.com.

Any payments made will be fully refunded within 10 business days if cancellation occurs within this timeframe.
